Whoa! Neat research man. I wonder what else they'll find down in the abyss.
In the proposal, who is supposed to administer this Marine National Monument? The CNMI? The USA? Other regulatory body? Who controls access? Who sets rules and regs? How is PEW involved, before designation? - after?
Bruce, I just woke up. I've got meetings at 7, 9, and 10. Check your email.

It is forthcoming.

Wow, that's awesome you are in charge of this project.
Awesome job Angelo. You have the full support of Deep Sea News. When you get a more formal document let us know and he'll do what we can to publicize it. Also, let us know where to send letters of support to when the time comes.
Thanks, right now we're talking to the people here. We'll have that stuff soon.
Wow, I hadn't even heard of this project before. I was just googling Saipan and came across this. As a resident of Saipan, I say this project sounds awesome. It's something different. I like it. I'd be very interested to see it take place. Great blogs!
